Service Description

Get ready for a whole-body workout inspired by Pilates! This class is designed to tighten your core, increase flexibility, and improve muscle function through intentional movements. The goal is to develop muscles uniformly, enhance postural awareness through activation and stabilization, and create a balanced, strong body. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, making it accessible to beginners and seasoned movers alike. As a complementary class to pole, this workout supports your pole journey by improving core strength, flexibility, and overall muscle control. It’s an excellent way to enhance your performance, prevent injury, and build the stability needed to master pole tricks and transitions with ease. Important Information: Pre-Booking Required: All classes must be booked prior to attendance. Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for services purchased. Credits and transfers must be approved by management. Cancellations: To cancel, use your Wellness account via the webpage or app. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the credit being considered used. If appropriate notice is given, participants can reschedule or register for a non-curriculum class to be used before the end of the current schedule. Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that classes must be booked prior to attending at this time. Cancellations must be processed through a Wix account webpage or app. At least 12 hours notice must be given to cancel. After this deadline, the credit is considered used and the participant cannot reschedule this class. If the appropriate notice is given, the participant may reschedule or register for a class, to be used before the end of the current schedule or credit billing cycle.  No refunds will be given for services purchased. Credits and transfers must be approved by management.
