About Us
Our studio is built on a love of movement, community, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

Owned and led by Amy McDonald, the studio is guided by nearly two decades of experience in gymnastics and over 15 years of coaching. Amy’s journey with pole began in 2019 as a student at a local pole studio, where she quickly fell in love with the practice and the community surrounding it. In 2025, she stepped into the role of instructor, and when that studio closed, Amy chose to open a new studio — ensuring the Sarnia–Lambton community would continue to have access to pole, dance, and alternative movement classes.

As the studio moves forward under a new name, the spirit that made the original space special remains. Many familiar instructors are returning, and the welcoming, body-positive environment continues. Classes including pole, dance, strength, and alternative movement styles are designed for all bodies and experience levels, with modifications offered every step of the way.

In a city filled with commercial gyms, we aim to provide an inclusive alternative — a safe, supportive studio where you can move differently, build confidence, and feel at home.

Mission
Our mission is to provide a welcoming, body-positive studio where people of all backgrounds can explore pole, dance, and alternative movement in a safe, supportive environment. We aim to build strength, confidence, and connection through inclusive instruction and community-driven programming.

Vision
Our vision is to create a movement studio where people of all backgrounds feel welcome, supported, and empowered. We aim to be a space where confidence grows through connection, inclusivity, and joyful movement.
